Application to sit the OLNA for students who are home-educated, on an NOA or Exemption

This application is for students who are:

  • home educated in Year 10, 11 and 12
  • on a Notice of Arrangement (NOA) or Exemption.

Notes for home educators: If you do not know your child’s WA student number, please contact your Home Education Moderator. For information on how to register your child for home-education, please see https://www.education.wa.edu.au/home-schooling
