EALD and ATSI Adjustment

Adjustment for English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD) and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) students

The Authority recognises that students who speak another language or dialect as their first or ‘home’ language (including many Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students) may require an adjustment to the standard conditions of the OLNA.

For students to be granted an adjustment of 10 minutes extra working time, schools will need to ensure that the steps outlined on the English as an Additional Language or Dialect webpage have been completed by the due date for each round.
